Brazilian desserts are famous for being rather sweet. Brazilians love anything made with condensed milk. I am no exception.
Add the tartness of passion fruit and you have one of the country’s favorite desserts. It is served at dinner parties and appears on restaurant menus across the country.
There are a number of Brazilian desserts that use condensed milk as their main ingredient. Brigadeiros, Pudim de Leite condensado and Manjar come to mind.
This version of Passion Fruit Mousse is fast and easy and sure to wow your loved ones.
You will need:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup of Passion Fruit concentrate
- 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons of Passion Fruit concentrate to dissolve the gelatin
Preparation
- Dissolve the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of Passion Fruit concentrate
- Heat up this mixture till the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Mix all ingredients in a blender till smooth.
- Pour into individual cups and chill for a couple of hours.
